Appearance: Anders has snowy white windswept hair with solid sapphire eyes. His flawless skin gives him a lifeless plastic look with his pale skin. With his slim body type he tends to move around quickly. He wears very loose clothing. With a loose tank top sometimes covered with a jacket. He wears a pair of black jeans with a pair of tennis shoes. He walks with arrogance and caution. He also wears sunglasses in public places to hide his eyes from the unsuspecting. He is seen to be always drinking from a water bottle at all times.
Personality: Anders is arrogant with the pride to match. He finds his Infected power to be a gift. Worships the Great Ones like his gods. Looks down at those who thinks differently and can't even remotely share another persons view if it isn't agreeing with his. It doesn't take much to get him irritated. He tends to not think about things all the way through before rushing into things. He likes to praise himself to others and question why they haven't went through the change like him. He believes that the Great Ones came here for a reason and that reason is to make a better world. He won't hesitate to defend his beliefs or preach about them. His arrogance can be subsided at points, but it's hard to keep it in at times. He is very optimistic and see's good in others as long as they don't irritate him.
Background: Anders grew up in a small town. It didn't hold more than 2,000 people. The town was ran by a local mafia and they made it clear. His parents always sheltered him and made it clear to stay away from suspicious activities around town. Anders was never a religious man, probably because he found it hard to believe in a superior being who would allow such crimes to go unpunished. But that couldn't help Anders from his curiosity. When he was about 15 he became aware of the mafia's existence and the power they had in the town. Everyone was afraid to interfere with their wishes. Anders took it upon himself to collect citizens with the same ambition as him: to show the mafia that they are taking their town back. But it was a fools dream. The mafia shot down and killed the families of members responsible for the possible uprising. Anders' family was shot down and killed in front of him while he was tied up. He would of died then if a woman didn't interfered and killed the thugs. After slaying the thugs she turned to him and said "You have an option boy, believe in me as I believe in you" ,she paused for a moment, "Or die like these men." Anders knew something was wrong with her by the sound of her voice. But he saw her as his savior and agreed to her. He blacked out shortly after.
He awoke in a bed with mass confusion. A figure in the shadows reminded him of what happen. He couldn't make out the person but it had the same voice of the woman earlier. It explained the changes to his body and his new abilities. He thanked it for saving him and granting him his newfound powers. 4 years has passed since then and Anders view on things and skills changed drastically. He learned to control his new control over his designed element and is ready to do what he couldn't do 4 years ago. Survive.
Skills/Abilities: With being an infected Anders is slightly stronger and has better regeneration than non infected. While having the control of water granted by the "Great One"
Hydroglyphic: Anders has the ability to bend and morph water around him. He can make any shape or outline as long as the amount of water permits. People can mistake the shapes as actual people from a distance or in the dark. But up close it's painfully obvious the manikin is just water. Anders has to be within 10 ft of his creation or else he loses focus and it crumbles.
